Every time I hear about "the job creators" I ask how many jobs Paris Hilton has created. The thing that really grinds my posterior is that so many of these characters – Willard Romney, John McCain, the Koch Brothers, Ivanka Trump and of course, the various Walton offspring – inherited their wealth or married right, or otherwise got their so-called success from somebody else’s work.
